CCPA Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 2026

This CCPA Privacy Notice applies to residents of the State of California and explains how ProxyStyler ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information, and the rights available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.

1. Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

  • Identifiers — such as email address, Telegram username, and IP address.
  • Commercial information — such as records of products or services purchased and transaction history.
  • Internet or network activity — such as browsing information, device data, cookies, and interactions with our website.

We do not collect your full name, phone number, or postal address. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from service providers who assist our operations.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect to provide and maintain our services, process transactions, communicate with you, secure our services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

ProxyStyler does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not sold or shared the personal information of California consumers, including minors under 16 years of age, in the preceding twelve (12) months.

4. Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know — to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete — to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct — to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out — to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information).
  • Right to limit — to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, please submit a request by emailing us at [email protected]. We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the timeframe required by the CCPA (generally within 45 days).

For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity and fulfil your request.

6. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may still ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
